Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By booking an appointment or receiving services at Milton The Spa by Nails for You, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all clients and staff.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Booking: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
  • Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in shortened service or rescheduling.
  • No-shows: Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

3. Payments

  • We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards.
  • All prices are listed in [local currency] and are subject to applicable taxes.
  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers must be presented at the time of service.

4. Health & Safety

  • Clients must inform staff of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before treatments.
  • The salon follows strict hygiene protocols, including sterilization of tools and equipment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition may pose a risk to the client or staff.

5. Service Guarantee

  • If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours.
  • We will offer a correction or adjustment at no additional cost.
  • Refunds are not provided for completed services, except where required by law.

6. Personal Belongings

  • Clients are responsible for their personal items.
  • Nails & Spa Salon is not liable for lost or stolen belongings.

7. Conduct

  • Respectful behavior is expected at all times.
  • Abusive language, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will result in refusal of service.

8. Promotions & Loyalty Programs

  • Discounts, offers, and loyalty rewards cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
  • The salon reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

9. Liability

  • Services are provided at the client’s request.
  • Nails & Spa Salon is not responsible for adverse reactions if medical conditions or allergies were not disclosed.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The latest version will always be available at the salon and on our website.

Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At  Milton The Spa by Nails for You, we strive to provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Because our services are based on time, skill, and products used, refunds are limited and subject to the following conditions.

2. Services

  • Completed services: Refunds are not offered once a service has been fully performed.
  • Service dissatisfaction: If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 48 hours. We will gladly offer a correction or adjustment at no additional cost.
  • Refusal of service: If we must refuse service for health or safety reasons, any prepayment will be refunded in full.

3. Products

  • Unopened retail products: Refunds or exchanges are available within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
  • Opened or used products: Cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Defective items: Will be replaced or refunded upon inspection.

4. Gift Cards & Vouchers

  • Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • They may be transferred to another person and must be used before the stated expiry date.

5. Prepaid Packages & Deposits

  • Deposits: Non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled appointments if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Prepaid packages: Refunds are not available once the package has been partially used.

6. Special Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases (e.g., medical conditions preventing treatment) with appropriate documentation. Management reserves the right to make the final decision.
